60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund. To qualify, contact us at info@benaira.com with your order number, and send back everything you received — including empty bottles. We count empty bottles toward your refund because it shows you gave the product an honest try.
How Refunds Work
- Email us at info@benaira.com within 60 days of delivery to start a return.
- We'll send you a return address and simple instructions.
- Ship the bottles back at your own cost — return shipping is not covered.
- Once we receive your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at info@benaira.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost — no return shipping required in this case.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at info@benaira.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
