Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Cost & Delivery
- Free shipping on all orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50 ship at a flat calculated rate at checkout.
- Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or your package hasn't moved in 7+ days, contact us at info@benaira.com and we'll help track it down.
